If you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, organization, email address, phone number, the topic you pick and your message. When the form is submitted, our server also records the date and time and your IP address, which we use to prevent spam and abuse. We do not ask for anything you do not choose to give us.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you and to manage the conversation or engagement that follows. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics, and it does not load fonts or scripts from other companies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and page requests, to keep the site secure and running.

Who else handles it

Messages sent through the form are delivered to our email, and a copy is kept on the web server. Our website hosting and email providers handle that information on our behalf. Links to LinkedIn and other sites take you away from this website, and their own privacy policies apply there.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond and to manage any work that follows, and then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to info@insightedgetg.com. We handle personal information in line with Canadian privacy law, including British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act. If you have a concern we have not resolved, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
