We have worked every side of the handoff.

Turning experience into a practice

Twenty-five years inside the seams

InsightEdge was founded by Adil Lahrizi, who started in support and delivery, then moved through international sales, escalation management, engineering and product leadership, implementation and revenue operations. For more than 25 years the common thread has been Customer Success and Customer Operations.

That range is why we see how Customer Success connects to the rest of the organization, not just how it runs on its own. We have run enterprise imaging implementation programs across multi-site health systems, from PACS and VNA deployment through to the clinical governance model that kept adoption on track after go-live. In aviation, our work has covered airline portfolio governance and a digital ecosystem merger-integration program between two airlines.

Today, InsightEdge helps organizations formalize how they scale customer-facing operations, without losing the relationships that got them there.

How we work

  • Make the handoffs visible
  • Agree who owns each one
  • Measure what predicts renewal, not only what reports it
  • Build with your team, not for them

A customer should never have to notice where one team ends and the next begins.

On stage and on the floor

We learn the most where customers and operators work.

Teaching and community

InsightEdge gives back through its founder’s volunteer work with SFU and BCIT. Adil serves as an EMBA Ambassador at SFU’s Beedie School of Business, guiding executive MBA students through their journey, and as a Technology Management Program Advisor at BCIT, offering practical advice to help students succeed.
